Order Cancellation

  1. Before Shipment:

    • You can cancel your order before it is shipped. Simply log into your account, navigate to “My Orders,” and select “Cancel.”

  2. After Shipment:

    • Once your order is shipped, cancellation is not possible. However, you can still return the item under our return policy after it is delivered.

Refund for Cancellations:

  • Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited to your original payment method.

Returns & Exchanges

We understand that sometimes things don’t turn out as expected. That’s why we’ve made returns and exchanges easy for you.

Return Window:

  • Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Eligible Returns:

Non-Returnable Items:

How to Return or Exchange

Visit your account on Ezeebuyer.com, go to “My Orders,” and select the item you wish to return or exchange.

Step 2:
Choose the reason for return, upload a clear image (if applicable), and select your preferred resolution: refund or exchange.

Step 3:
Pack the product securely with its original tags, packaging, and invoice. Our logistics partner will pick it up within 2-4 business days.


Refund Process

  1. Refunds are initiated after the returned item passes our quality check.
  2. The refund amount will be credited within 5-10 business days to your original payment method or as store credit.

Exchange Process

  • If you opt for an exchange, the replacement item will be shipped as soon as the returned product passes inspection.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
